Romanian friends we vacation with (in Canada btw) always eat runny eggs. I look on with trepidation. Not common here.

I use a French press for coffee, so kettle is actually a good idea for me. Every morning it feels like I’m waiting for a fire to be built.

All summer my kettle is idle. But it gets a workout in the winter for hot chocolate.
