The number of people who tweet me without actually saying anything - just a load of incoherent buzzwords & insults strung together.

Just to gain a greater understanding, who exactly do you feel is the ' far, alt, right'? What crimes have they actually committed?
-
They range from those wanting to roll back LGBT rights & reproductive freedoms to genuine neo-nazis & white supremacists.
-
Not sure that's been evident in the UK. Apart from rare, lunatic behaviour, which is abhorrent, would you agree, we see little criminality?
-
Sure, on either side. Its the ideas mostly.
-
There seems to be little factual evidence of far-right aggression. Many anti-terrorism opinions and concerns but then that's understandable
-
There's this. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/one-three-terror-suspects-white-amid-rise-far-right-extremism-nazi-a7623931.html … But mostly its the ideas we need to beat coz people vote
-
Thankfully, still not seeing much evidence of far-right criminality. Mentally unstable man committing dreadful atrocity apart.

Does the far-left share our aims? I'd like to think so. But I'm not sure, if by "our aims" we mean (as I do) equality.
-
Usually, yes, in principle. They just often think you need to counter racism with racism, sexism with sexism etc.
-
True (and unlikely to work) of some. But others openly say, "not equality, but smashing patriarchy, is our aim." Terms never defined o/c.
-
How distinct are the far left & postmodernism? I see not much
-
PoMo completely erases *economic* far left. Not entirely a bad thing, but at least Marx attacked econ problems via economics, not narratives
-
You could say PoMo is Marxism for people who like Sancerre.
