I suspect men would be on Page 3 if there was a female demand for it. High heels are bad but women are also advantaged in dress codes. https://twitter.com/KarenKts11/status/883691095145754624 …

What's your view on page 3, Helen? I think it's fairly harmless. Consensual. The models are well paid.
-
Would you like to have half-naked men in papers? Papers laying about in trains with women commenting on the pics and comparing your bulge??
-
Ummmmm I would. I love the male and female body. See nothing wrong with it. We already objectify men as well.
-
So you don't mind walking through a carriage full of men on a stag party looking at page 3 and leering at you and calling you names?
-
(We're pretending this happens)
-
It happened to me.
-
I'm sorry that happened to you but no reason to paint all men with such a broad brush. There's an awful but small gp in every subset.

It makes children grow up to think women are sex objects and that makes them treat women with less respect.
-
Actually it does the exact opposite. If nudity is the norm, children grow up thinking very little of it & it loses its sexuality.
-
Then let's get lots of penis' in papers. Women can sit around commenting on their size and comparing your bulge?
-
That wouldn't bother me. Might be a good way to meet women!
-
I've always just assumed that's exactly what they were doing. Wait—are strange women not obsessing over my bulge??
-
See how safe you feel and how funny you think it is.
-
I appreciate your point, but page 3 is pretty tame. We're all online, children too, in the age of free porn. Page 3 is nothing compared.
-
I have nothing against porn etc. It is the context that is so crucial.
