I am skeptical of ppl who see sexism everywhere mostly coz I don't see it. I've never found my opinion to be devalued coz I'm a woman.

In my career, dismissing women's opinions was common & certainly more culturally accepted b/c there were more men in those workplaces.
-
To say "it probably doesn't exist b/c I wld have notice it if it did" isn't nearly as persuasive as the anecdotal evidence relayed by women
-
Anecdotes on all sides, unfortunately.
-
Anecdotes of no sexism? Now those I would have noticed.
-
Its not news, is it? Woman joins company, is treated just like men, has no complaints.
-
THAT I don't ever recall. Being treated "just like men" isn't the goal. If anything, women are more vocal now about unacceptable situations
-
Women want to be treated differently to their male colleagues? I'd hope not. Yes, some are. I don't think most have a problem tho.

My female friends don't report sexism. My mother experienced it. My 27 year old daughter is very sceptical that it commonly exists.
