I don't know what that means. Some countries have decided that it is and some have decided that it isn't.

I observe that rights are culturally relative. I don't think they should be.

agree, and so did our (US) framers, thus, again the use of the word "inalienable".

Society does need to achieve a certain level of organisation and wealth before such things are possible. Once it has, I think it should.
