I'm not making any assumption about being better. I know that I have had to fight for being taken seriously in management and gaming.

Hmm? No. In Asia, for example, tech is high status & people pushed into it. In west, more variety accepted & women choose it less.

Yeah, also pressure not to take them if you are a father. We need to resist those.
