Well, conversations on Twitter aren't 100% guaranteed to result in someone changing their mind.... 
I'm sure we can both agree different premises for morality exist. Is the difference that I think they can be argued to be better or worse?

Probably a question of the extent to which they can be so argued. I'd never assert "all bases for morality are equally justified."

Which is an argument I hear from believers to atheists - "since you don't believe in God, the final arbiter, to you anything is allowed."
