That's the one I'm arguing against, tbh. The position that we don't have a duty to make it a right & shouldn't pay for other ppls health.

I'll be in favour of any system which ensures that no-one falls through the gaps through no fault of their own.

Yes- I never found arguing for health care as a business taking priority over health care for health to be satisfactory.
