I've often said that becoming disabled was a benefit to me in some ways because having to stop a physical job made me start reading &writing

Go back to university, change direction completely. I enjoy this much more. This is a big silver lining & now I'm better anyway so all good

I think its healthy to see positives in disability but accusations of ableism for assuming it's generally better if all your parts work isnt
