In the arts perhaps, but some people seem to be using it as a weapon, in a fairly calculated way.

The dishonesty is intellectual. They believe in their religion or in PoMo but soften or strengthen claims

Well, a lot of it is rationalisation. They believe in it because they need to justify its use for some purpose or another.

And we see the aims because of the inconsistent way they do this. But I still think they deceive themselves
