I'd hope that only self-victimisation is labeled as such. It matters whether the complaint is justified or not.

Well, no. But you do need evidence to claim you have been discriminated against.

Yes. That is a weakness of the system that prioritizes majority experiences. It is very hard to address.

I think requiring evidence to make claims and take legal action is a strength of the system.

It is strong on one side of a trade-off that disadvantages minorities.

Also, effecting legal action is not the only sensible goal for bringing up social oppression in the context of individual cases.
