Why shouldn't it? Because the majority can always be persuaded by minorities when it comes to the factuality of oppression?

How would requiring a group to isolate, resist individuality or shared experience with outgroups help minorities to convince majorities?

Doesn't this result in minorities within minorities being vilified - see liberal, LGBT & ex-Muslims - & hinder communication between groups?
