Tough one. But in that case i would say an aspect of liberalism. Because that is what liberalism should be? Defending values for everyone.

It seems to me that the individual is the subject of liberalism, and might be meaningless without it.

But could we have individualism without liberalism? That's less clear to me. Maybe some sort of anarchy would qualify?
