Yes, I get that but culture gives us ways to mitigate these things or to make them worse. I think attempts to mitigate have been poor.

Mostly consists of nagging men to talk about feelings which can just be experienced as an additional burden.

Whereas one study found that a tech gadget which talked of increasing fitness & skills rather than caring for mental health went down well.
