No. Psychotics suffer from a mental illness in which they hear voices, see things that aren't real and/or believe things that aren't true.

This can be stopped by blocking some of the dopamine released in their brain suggesting excess production of it is the problem.

They are no more likely to be violent or criminal than anyone else & often suffer horribly from both the symptoms & the treatment.
