Yes. They could say honestly that they're opposing an attutude that wishes that patriarchy still exists or acts as though it does.

When they talk of attitudes in which sexist men behave as tho women need to be ruled by them or have to defer to them. That does happen.

In reality, men no longer have the right to tell women what to do in any aspect of life nor can they access positions of power women can't.

So patriarchy does not exist although sexist attitudes do & sexist discrimination can. Claims of these need to be evidenced tho.
