Dramas with child yesterday coz I wouldn't let her practice for the 1500 metres til temp dropped in the evening. I was being ridiculous.

I get people get used to the climate they're in and everything, but being shocked by temps above normal doesn't make those temps dangerous.

You're what, in the low 30's for temps? Pretty sure a teen in the prime of health can be active in those temps without keeling over.

So easy to just run after 8pm when its 25 rather than 4 pm when it was 32. Why not make the sensible choice?
