1. Grammar describes the language, so it can't usually be "wrong". 2. Grammar is not "official".

Nowhere near that. They raised the issue abt logical structure. You told them they shouldn't look at it that way.

But only at the fact that language works functionally. They'd conceded that. Interesting to look at its workings on a logical level.

Particularly if you're a mathemetician. Not interesting for everyone but it's so easy to go & have a convo you're interested in.

Rather than tell other people to stop having the ones that interest them & look at it your way instead.

I think if people are determined to look at something unscientifically it is worth pointing it out. I'm not banning their opinions though.

That's not what happened. Ppl were trying to look at logical structure & you kept telling them only functionality matters.

That's akin to my looking at the form of a poem & someone insisting I should only look at the themes. That form is the wrong question.
