Yes, there are. So why do you suggest this isn't addressed? Many sex offender programmes exist. No victim blaming programmes.

Why don't we do a prevention and ask them to get into a preventive program instead of waiting till they become sexual offenders?

How does this relate to Iona's thread? I don't know how many sex offenders can be detected before they offend & pressed to seek help
