I'm very wary of ppl of any political position who call others 'piece of shit' 'trash' 'garbage' 'scum' for having one they strongly dislike

It's not so much the words themselves, tho I dislike rudeness, but the dehumanisation is so often not just rhetoric. A dangerous attitude.

I understand calling someone names in anger. Not ideal but heat of the moment, It's a cold, casual rejection of humanity that chills me.

At the drop of a hat, someone can designate another human being 'racist piece of shit' or 'leftist scum' & wish them harm & even advocate it

Would you really have a problem if I called these people racist pieces of shit? How are they worthy of more?https://twitter.com/fred_connection/status/831081893030412288 …

So I don't get your point. Some people ARE trash and not worthy of any kind of respect. Doesn't mean I wsh them harm or advocate violence.

'At the drop of a hat.' Not at targetting you for dehumanising racist abuse & a wish for your death. That's not a hat drop.
