It would be the same with all animals, yes. I'd rather dogs got to live & have a good life than not live. I'd rather I did.
Given that the option 'live out their entire lives provided with food, shelter & medical care, reproducing at will' isn't financially doable

Once cultured meat becomes popular, do you think a law banning the killing of animals would be justifiable?

It wouldn't make any difference to the problem at hand. Farm animals wld still exist &an ethical decision wld need to be made abt what to do

I will change my mind if a humane & ethical solution is found. And I do accept the argument for setting them free in the wild has merits.

This issue will arise sooner or later. Reverse domestication seems like the best option. It would help if we stopped further breeding ASAP.

Kind of. They'd be less dependant on us but they wouldn't suffer or die any less. We'd just have relieved ourselves of the guilt of it.
