Am I taken advantage of or do I work 20 hours a week sitting down in my own home whilst he works 40 doing heavy work an hour away?

I have only one friend who works full time & does the lion's share of the housework/childcare & the rest of us advise her to object to this.
-
But she says her husband is spending all his spare time trying to get his product designs off the ground & she wants to support him in that
-
She's made her decision & knows her own mind so we settle for telling her she's a more self-sacrificing person than any of us would be.
-
that's really sweet of her. I hope he appreciates how lucky he is to have someone so supportive and loving.
-
He could be more appreciative, tbh. I can tell him so coz he was my friend first.
-
it's good to have friends who can be like that. Seems the only bubble you live in is one made up of functional adults.

My guess? You probably spend more time in the household than he does. But all it tells me is that you do most of the housework.

It's difficult to say. some details are missing. For instance, do the both of you work and how much, do you differ in cleanliness standards
