Its amazing what ppl read into simple, logical claims. I said freedom of speech not compatible with banning Islam - accused of Islamophilia.

Clearly, people who respond defensively like this feel they need an excuse for an unhealthy diet. I don't. We make these decisions.

My dad has always said he will drink & smoke & eat whatever he wants coz he'd rather have a shorter life with more pleasure. Fair enough.

I do recognise concerns that the NHS is overtaxed with obesity & smoking related illnesses which could have been avoided tho.

And I do get annoyed by ideologically-motivated claims that obesity is healthy which can undermine people's ability to make informed choices

But otherwise put whatever you like in your own body. Or in anyone else's provided you have their consent.
