Arghh! Yet another Christian arguing (correctly) that ppl have subjective views on morality but asserting (incorrectly) that hers isn't one.

It doesn't matter how much you really, really, really, really think your moral premise is the right one. It doesn't become objectively true.
-
People making this argument exempt themselves from having picked or conformed to one of many value systems. Everyone else has done that tho
-
'Look' they say 'All these different systems of belief & values. Humans picking different values. Not me tho. Mine is objectively true.'
-
"Don't you want to be objectively right like me by being Protestant/Catholic/Sunni/Shia/Jehovah's Witness/Mormon. Get rid of subjectivity!"
-
Have updated this. I still hold out a naive hope of getting ppl arguing like this to see that they're on the same ground as everyone else.pic.twitter.com/WohGgMnOL7

You can't say 'I think my morality is objective coz I believe God dictated it. Therefore every other idea is subjective & inferior & I win'
-
I've seen "Morality is objective coz science"
-
Yeah. You still have to set a premise even if its just that human wellbeing matters. That is the most obvious one tho.
