Low level of belief in vampires in US doesn't indicate low levels of magical thinking but that its not centred on vampires?

Atheism is correlated with the cognitive traits of a skeptic. So it is a predictor. But the correlation isn't super high.

Just a little. We're looking at trait diffs in need for meaning. Would also note some who say they are apathetic aren't really.

But some (very few I think) really are. Many who say they are apathetic are highly invested in secular meaning-making ideologies.
