My fitbit needs to stop nagging me to sleep 7 hours tho. I seem to wake up naturally after 6 hrs 15 mins & feel good. That's fine.

My dad is the same & we both think this is a gift. Ppl who need 8 hours sleep have...*fails to work out %*... a lot less time to live & do

I try to get my 8 hours & I'm always tired afterwards or I can't get it. Doesn't matter what I do, more sleep, less sleep, always tired.

I think it's because I wake up at 5am & sometimes my sleep is disturbed due to toilet trips.
