How do you know religious belief is irrational? It may be very logical decision based on that person's information and experience.

If you have a religious experience or a moment when you feel "touched by god," doesn't that count as a reason? Who can say that is invalid?

No. No need to claim religion to have evidence or be reasonable. If its a matter of faith & spiritual, nothing to argue with.
