I'd argue that this premise is faulty. The evolutionary origin of moral systems cannot be refuted by observing that they come in many forms.
But if our morality is not a combination of our evolved natures and our cultural values, where does it come from?

-
From reason, as I keep saying. Reason is the magic ingredient which has allowed us to make moral progress.
-
And where did reason come from & how does it explain ISIS & Switzerland?
-
Yeah, we've been through this one before. I accept that our ability to reason is thanks to evolution.
-
But I'm not willing to give evolution full credit for things like Pythagorus' theorem.
-
What then? If not Pythagorus' evolved abilities and his environment & culture?
-
Pythagorus' theorem is a thing, cos it's actually true, and we were able to discover it. If it weren't true, it wouldn't be a thing.
-
What other than evolved abilities, environment & culture is responsible for it?
-
The knowledge itself is not in our genes. Neither is it in the environment, or was it in the culture.
