I don't think 'fat shaming' is the answer but there should be a general consensus that it's a problem & friends shld be encouraged to do it.

Oh dear. I'm not saying weight loss is as easy for ppl whose obesity is caused by an underlying psych issue as it is for ppl without.

If you gained a lot of weight due to disability & or meds as I did, & then those stop, of course it's much easier to lose it again.

They say switching from carb/sugar heavy diets to other sources is the fastest way to drop weight. A friend lost >100 in a year w/low carb
