If you have a lot of weight to lose, it can be hard to get motivation to start coz it will take so long to get where you want. Just do it.

Imagine if you'd started 6 months ago? I promise you'll feel a bit better in a week, loads better in a month. Set lots of small goals.

You know your own psychology, don't you? Needs to be sustainable. I have a strict diet & one treat night. I'll increase treats gradually.

Happened before. I put on 125 lbs due to same meds & problem. Off them, strict diet, gone in year. Then kept it but only mon-fri to maintain

I tried to bulk-up going, weight training & eating loads. I put on a bit of weight but I cannot eat lots all day everyday, I get full.

Some people are always hungry no matter how much they eat. Thinking of my ex she would become very upset always resisting food, never sated

I find it takes two weeks to get your body to get used to fewer calories & stop telling you it's starving. Two miserable weeks. Fine now.
