I don't know how anyone who is heavily obese can think it is healthy. I got that way very quickly when immobile & on meds & its disabling.

That's v little! I diet on 1750kcals/day (otherwise I am starving). But I workout (hard), walk 14km & hv at least one dance class every day.

You'll certainly need more. That's 3 good meals, 4 pieces of fruit & a pint of skimmed milk in tea for me. Quite enough.
