Yeah, needs to be something you can sustain. I eat well on 1200 calories a day & a treat day so it's not hard to maintain.

That's v little! I diet on 1750kcals/day (otherwise I am starving). But I workout (hard), walk 14km & hv at least one dance class every day.

I tried to bulk-up going, weight training & eating loads. I put on a bit of weight but I cannot eat lots all day everyday, I get full.

Peanuts are supposed to be very good for this problem.

Ive decided healthy is my best aim,no more bulking.It didn't really work, I was strong but I felt heavy at 87kg & it didnt do my asthma good
