I spent quite some time searching in lists of predatory open access journals earlier. It didn't come up in any of them.

Then I searched various terms to find gender scholars being critical of it & couldn't find any either. It came up in several recommendations

If, as so many have claimed, it's universally denounced by gender scholars, they're not doing it in front of me or online.

That won't make them go away. The humanities and social sciences matter to many. To me, being able to do history properly matters.
