Was asked to keep a mood diary. Log what I'm doing & what mood I am in whilst doing it all bloody day. Complete waste of time.

It just shows that the mood I'm in doesn't relate to what I'm doing. It relates to what I'm thinking abt & that's very seldom what I'm doing

Which is sometimes a problem & leads to burning things, leaving things behind and getting lost but mostly it's fine.

I need to show this today. It will show that dogwalking makes me happy, excited, furious, worried, sad & bored.

Coz this is when I think about whatever happens to be happening in the world & my own life. I'm getting impatient with this psychology stuff

But this would mean you're absentminded. Your activity is not just walking the dog, it's also thinking about (insert topic here).

I'm going to see if I can put in what I'm thinking about rather than what I'm doing but that presents its own challenges.
