Which is sometimes a problem & leads to burning things, leaving things behind and getting lost but mostly it's fine.
Yes, when I am editing & researching things that don't interest me. I have to focus but hate every minute of it. Needs to be done.

How about exercise? Something other than work.

Example: when I read fiction, I'ts one of the few moments my mind doesn't wonder of.

I tend to think then too about all sorts of things. There's only so much you can think about the fact that your legs and arms are moving.
