Was asked to keep a mood diary. Log what I'm doing & what mood I am in whilst doing it all bloody day. Complete waste of time.
Me too! I'm hoping to convince her of this but apparently I need to stop trying to do everything my own way & humour her.

Yes, when I am editing & researching things that don't interest me. I have to focus but hate every minute of it. Needs to be done.

How about exercise? Something other than work.

Example: when I read fiction, I'ts one of the few moments my mind doesn't wonder of.
