Obv, the judge might know whether taking drugs was in character for her & how horrified & remorseful she is now.

It may not be in their character but the fact that they did it should lead to a conviction even if they're remorseful.

I'm just softer than you. I can a situation in which someone cld be stupid & naive & have bad reaction to drugs.
