I don't know if this was a habit for her or if she'll ever do it again.
Which is a good reason they should make sure it won't happen again now instead of just not doing anything about it.
Well, if there is no set of circumstances or knowledge of character that wild make u think someone shld be spared jail...
We'll just disagree on that. I cld think of some which would make me think jail not needed.
Obv, the judge might know whether taking drugs was in character for her & how horrified & remorseful she is now.
It may not be in their character but the fact that they did it should lead to a conviction even if they're remorseful.
I'm just softer than you. I can a situation in which someone cld be stupid & naive & have bad reaction to drugs.
