The key is Sam Harris podcasts. Relaxation tapes didn't work coz they bored me so my brain excused itself and did its own thing.

6-7 hours still leaves me feeling like death

Yes, shows me it was very erratic and averages out to 5.5 hours a night even with weekend lie ins. Not good. This much better.

Funky. If it helps you see what's happening, and fix that. It's a win. mine is now telling me how much better my sleep is after exercise ;)
