Seems to me it would be hard not to walk 10,000 steps a day. Normal morning rushabout & a 45 minute dogwalk & I'm halfway there at 9 AM

I work from home & I have 2 get up & take a proper, long, formal constitutional 2 get in my 10k+. If home all day, I only do 1-2k. I guess

Well, I do do a 45-60 minute dogwalk. But I've done 3000 since 10 AM by just doing housework in breaks between work.

Once I'm sitting down working, if I don't have a reason 2 get up I can stay like that all day. That's why I need the pedometer.

Me too but I try to break it into 45 minutes working and 15 minutes cleaning etc. That makes the steps go up fast.
