More shit to fill in to evaluate 'life goals.' Tut. What spiritual ones do I have? Just gonna have to say this word is not meaningful to me.

I'm being cynical but in reality,I do see it's a good thing to stop & deliberately evaluate life every now & then.Practical not narcissistic

But I hope feminists never see this booklet I'm reading now on negative thoughts. :-p Very gender polarised.

Examples are given in which men evaluate themselves negatively on their success in careers & women on their success at motherhood.

I'm sure the balance does swing that way more often on average but at least swap it round sometimes.

XD Just a psyche thing. I've had sleep problems for over a year now. Checking I'm not depressed. (I'm not) Or anxious. (Maybe)

AH! Ok, yes. Best of luck, not sleeping is a major problem. Sleep apnea was my wife's issue with sleep. Since much better with CPAP.

I don't like the word spiritual either, I find it vacuous.

I've really tried to understand what 'spiritual' means. I can't get passed it's navel gazingness.
