The meaning of "misogyny" in this particular theory is different from literally, consciously hating women.
But that will be a moral concern. Choices being constrained is not important unless we have a premise that this is morally wrong.

I think it is! Oppression constrains choices. Fighting oppression opens up new spaces within which morality can be assessed.
