Driving is a right it's not a privilege!! If some women don't want to exercise their right it's upto them no one will force them.

Driving is definitely a privilege not a right. That is why drivers licenses exist. Actual rights don't require licenses.

Its a he and he's pissed me off too. Seems a very basic standard of equality to me. Being able to travel about.
