Some have a cause they cling to with ardour, more don't. And it's not likely to be same thing as other atheists.

Everyone is agnostic. No-one knows for sure. Theists believe, atheists disbelieve. I disbelieve. It's just not that important.

No. Unexplained is neutral. Doesn't attempt to invent an answer. We just don't know but maybe one day we will.

My opinion is natural explanation. Yours is supernatural explanation. Unexplained doesn't assume either. It's just admitting we don't know.
