ex. is smoking immoral? it could be either immoral or moral depending on circumstances, hence true or untrue to say its immoral.../1

That's not reality. It's opinion. That is genuinely subjective. The truth claim wld be that cigarettes both do & do not exist.

Yes, there are truths to call on to form moral evaluations but they themselves are then subjective.

We need to set a premise that harming human beings is generally wrong. Doesn't exist objectively. Universe doesn't care.

It's not arbitrary. It's humanist. There is a difference between moral principles/judgements & factual truths.
