It gets better if she can write really big. It's small, precise movements that are the problem.

Yeah, so focus on using arm muscles, rather than finger muscles is key.... but not easy to make that change.

Yeah, it doesn't sound like it's an entirely muscular prob. But probably not helped by that. Difficult to explain in tweets.

Reading into calligraphy, they say your fingers hold the pen. other than that, they don't move. I find that very odd.
