Hardly exercise at all (I just walk around, often in the countryside). I'm sure that would help.

I've reached that age where it actually matters. I did manage to stop smoking. There is a gym not far.

That can be hard to stick to tho. Big commitment. Quicker & cheaper to have a machine in your house.

True. But going outside would be better. It depends on your character. Some will ignore a device at home.

Its kind of them to include me & for many of them, it was a way of meeting people. Not for me.
