Do you move around enough? Physically, I mean. This does wonders for some ppl. Structure, exercise, patterns.

I've reached that age where it actually matters. I did manage to stop smoking. There is a gym not far.

Create structure in your day. Eat at the same times, make sure you exercise/do physical labour, stay away from tv/pc

an Hour before bed, maybe shower before bed. This is how we get babies to adjust to the day/night cycle asap.
