Do you move around enough? Physically, I mean. This does wonders for some ppl. Structure, exercise, patterns.

I've reached that age where it actually matters. I did manage to stop smoking. There is a gym not far.

That can be hard to stick to tho. Big commitment. Quicker & cheaper to have a machine in your house.

I have a cross trainer in my conservatory but my step machine which took up no room was just as good.

Keep yourself motivated by gradually increasing steps or steps done in time. Do it b4 dinner, burn more calories

I used to do half hour run at 9, shower, dinner & then read & eyes closing at 11.
