I'm finding that you can learn enough to read the NT. This is the one recommended to me: https://www.amazon.com/Greek-Testament-FL-German-Bible-Society/dp/1619701391 …

Well, if I can do a bit each day, maybe I can get it by retirement. It would be quite the achievement to read the NT in original

If you are only focusing on Greek and you put in a couple of hours a day, you'll be able to do it within a couple of years.

Once the alphabet and grammar is in place, you'll be good to go with the help of a dictionary. And it will be very rewarding!

If I enjoy this lesson, I may branch into Latin, etc, like you. Also considering Hebrew.

This would be a nice thing to do with someone else instead of solo. Can ask questions.

I'd be glad to help! Latin is so logical! Once you get it, its simple. Much more efficient than English.

I'll take you up on that. Let me start in Koine Greek and see if I follow through. Cheers. I JUST USED CHEERS RIGHT!

Yes. Yes, you did. Which confirms my suspicion that you have been using it wrongly purely to annoy me.
